ABANDONED FISHING CABIN
Scorched by a thousand sunny days, drenched by ten thousand rainy days, and always in an atmosphere of salt spray, this old tourist cabin was long used for fishermen coming out to test the waters of Puget Sound. Then it was abandoned, and the decades went to work on it. I love the peeling paint in beautiful shades of tan and blue, and the textures and rusty nails and shadows all add up to a slice of Americana.
