SNOW SOFTLY FALLING

The oaks and maples and hickories of my midwestern roots have such strength and grace, especially when the leaves are off in the winter. Combine that with a day when the snow is softly falling, and I am in photographic heaven. The snowflakes add a wonderful texture to the whole landscape.
