Stalactites in Ruins of All-Concrete Snowshed along Iron Goat Trail
Lime stalactites formed as water leaches through concrete in the hauntingly beautiful ruins of the abandoned All-Concrete Snowshed, built just after the Wellington Disaster, when an avalanche hit the Great Northern Railway in 1910, now the route of the Iron Goat Trail near Stevens Pass, Mt. Baker – Snoqualmie National Forest, Cascade Mountains, Washington State, USA.
