UNDER A WESTERN SKY

What could be more emblematic of the great American West than a bison roaming the vast prairie under a dramatic Western sky? The combination of the dramatic clouds and the grazing bison were what initially attracted me to take this picture, and I had to move around a lot, trying different compositions, until I felt I had it just right.
