RAVEN DEBATE
Ravens have personality and intelligence, which we feel as we observe them and watch as they observe us in return. Their eyes are sharp, missing nothing. Their brains are said to be smarter at four months of age than are adult apes. They raise their young with care, and we have watched families cavorting through the sky as if having a blast while flying. They have been photographed sliding down snowy slopes on their backs, clearly having fun. I photograph them at every opportunity and especially like their portraits against a cloudy sky, as you see here. This photograph combines three individual pictures into a single social interaction that never happened in reality, but which I could imagine.
