GAS WORKS PARK #1
This colorful pipe and tank are located in the Play Barn, which was repurposed from an earlier coal gasification plant and kept as a historical and visual element of Gas Works Park.
Most of our industrial heritage is literally scrapped in favor of modernity; this is one of the few places where pipes and valves and tanks are transformed into something visually playful, where people can wander at leisure. I love the colors and lines of this industrial machinery, which now functions as a work of art.
LIMITED EDITION: This photographic print is part of a limited edition produced by photographer Lee Rentz. The edition consists of 250 prints, which includes all sizes and methods of printing.
