EARL'S MOTOR COURT ON ROUTE 66

Winslow, Arizona, has the distinction of being mentioned in that classic jazzy song “Get your kicks on Route 66,” as well as in the classic Eagles song “Take it Easy.” I love both songs, and I love the feeling of nostalgia on the Mother Road, which led from the heartland of America to the promise of a new America in California. Fortunately some of the best of Route 66 has been preserved for travelers to enjoy.
